Ziyan Lin

Ziyan Lin is a Senior Bioinformatician in the Applied Bioinformatics Laboratories at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. She works with the Beck Lab on computational and single-cell genomic analyses to investigate hematologic and inflammatory diseases, including VEXAS syndrome. Her broader research interests include applying integrative genomic approaches to understand cellular heterogeneity and disease-associated molecular mechanisms.
